Submissions, scored and ranked without the spreadsheet

Any organisation running an open call — grants, awards, festival submissions, funding rounds — hits the same wall. Entries arrive by email and form. Judges score in separate spreadsheets. Someone consolidates by hand. Rankings get argued about because nobody can see how a total was reached, and every request for "the full details of entry 47" means assembling a document manually.

Submissions live in one place, with files attached and editable after upload so a correction doesn't require a resubmission. Scoring categories are configurable rather than fixed, so the same platform serves a grants round and an awards process without rebuilding.

Score reports rank and compare projects against those categories, with applicant and project detail visible in a single table for review.

Export was treated as a first-class feature, because the output is what leaves the system and reaches a board. Bulk export to XLSX with selectable fields. Individual submissions to PDF and DOCX, with the option to exclude evaluation results — so the same record produces both an internal scoring document and a clean applicant-facing one — and internal section identifiers stripped from external versions.
