The challenge
Riverstone ran its dispatch on spreadsheets and phone calls. Customers had no way to book or track shipments online, and the operations team had no single view of the fleet. Manual coordination capped how much they could grow.
THE APPROACH
How we approached it
We crafted a fast, SSR-rendered customer portal under Craft and connected it to an automation layer under Flow. Bookings flow straight into a live dispatch board; status changes notify customers automatically; nothing is re-keyed by hand.
THE RESULTS
What we delivered
Online bookings now account for most new shipments, dispatch coordination time dropped sharply, and the operations team manages a larger fleet with the same headcount.
